Psychiatric care that starts with getting to know you
You don’t have to know your diagnosis or which medication you need before scheduling an appointment.
Your first visit is a chance to talk about what has been happening, what you’ve tried, and what you’d like help with.
Your first appointment
We’ll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current medications, sleep, and daily life. There’s also time to talk about your concerns and ask questions.
Together, we’ll discuss recommendations and a plan for moving forward. That may include medication, therapy referrals, changes to daily routines, or further evaluation.
Appointments and Fees
Initial psychiatric evaluation: $220.
Follow-up appointment: $120.
Adult ADHD evaluations are scheduled separately and cost $320.
Apricity provides telehealth care for adults 18+ in Arizona, with evening and Saturday appointments.
If medication is part of your plan, follow-up visits give us time to review how you’re feeling, discuss side effects, and make adjustments when needed.
You’re encouraged to share your preferences and concerns throughout treatment.
Medication management
Adult ADHD evaluations in Arizona
Maybe staying organized has always taken more effort than it seems to take other people. Or you’ve started noticing how often you lose track of tasks, miss details, or struggle to finish what you start.
An evaluation gives us time to understand those concerns and explore what may be contributing.

We’ll review your current symptoms, childhood and school experiences, medical and mental health history, sleep, and how these concerns affect your daily life. Rating scales help inform the assessment, along with the clinical interview.
We’ll also consider other possible explanations, including anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and medical conditions.

Bring a current medication list and any previous evaluations or relevant records you have. School records and observations from someone who knows you well may also be helpful. You don’t need to have every record available to request an appointment.

We’ll discuss the findings and your options for next steps. Sometimes additional information or another appointment is needed before reaching a conclusion.
An evaluation does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis or a prescription. Treatment recommendations depend on your history, symptoms, and clinical needs.
