Adult ADHD evaluation: $320
Follow-up appointment: $120
Follow-up appointments are for established patients.
Apricity is currently a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance
Using out-of-network benefits
A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company. Whether your plan reimburses any portion of the visit depends on your benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
You can ask your insurer about out-of-network coverage before scheduling.
Other costs
Appointment fees do not include medication, outside testing, or services provided by another clinician.
If additional care is recommended, we’ll discuss the next steps with you.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $60 fee.
